Default E/Me build ideas?

Hi, I just changed my E/A's profession to E/Me after getting fed up of AoD. I've seen a lot of E/Me's about and would like to know what sort of builds they are running. I know about echo nuking but I'm not a fan of meteor storm or similar due to the mob scatter update. So really what I'm looking for is different PvE builds - I actually wouldn't mind trying out water as I've heard it can be effecitve when used right.

At the moment I have Ele Attune, AoR, Arc Echo, fireball, and a few other fire skills. 16 fire and 12 energy storage.

All suggestions welcome, thanks.

A build I recently came up with..it might have been thought up already but it came from my noggin.

~My Triple AoE Build~

Attributes
Fire Magic 16 {12 + flames eye + sup rune}
Energy Storage 12

Skills
Breath of Fire
Fire Storm
Meteor Shower
Fireball
(any other AoE will work)
Glyph of Renewal {E}
Arcane Echo
Fire Attunement
Aura of Restoration

What you Do..
When you are in AB or GvG (doesnt work so well for TA/RA) Pick a Spot where people are standing close. Find someone near the middle and Cast Arcane Echo. Then use your choice of AoE. Before you rattle off the Echoed AoE, Cast Glyph of Renewal. Then cast your Echo'd AoE. It will recharge instantly, providing 3 AoE's in one spot. Once in an AB I cast it onm a res shrine where there where 5-6 Luxons. I dropped triple Meteor shower. The spacing caused them to be on the ground most of the time. When my Energy got back up I casted Fire Storm Breath of Fire and Fireball.. providing one hell of a spike. When you use meteor shower it takes a relatively long time to get back all of your energy..because triple meteor shower means triple exhaustion. I hope you like it. Enjoy.

I chose mesmer secondary originally for energy management. But as it turns out, elementalists get plenty of that themselves. But that being said, you can't go wrong throwing in some interupts. Elementalists don't really get any themselves, so using some of the mesmer interupts is nice.

Well, I usually play E/Mes in PvE, but understand that I address PvE a lot differently than most people with my ele. Basically it's a character that I play almost exclusively with henchmen. I usually build it as a toolbox-style toon where I bring a lot of skills to deal with specific troubles from individual mobs, and let the henchmen do all the heavy lifting. So what do I take? Interrupts and enchant removal for the most part, and the energy that comes with it. Then I Glyph whatever is most important for an encounter and make sure that part works while the henchmen do the killing. Basically your job with henchmen is calling targets for them and making sure nothing stupid happens that'll make 'em wipe.

Peace,
-CxE
